Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original luxury packaging and include the packing slip to ensure a smooth processing experience.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
